• The returns application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the order

• Goods must be returned within 5 working days of the Blazeout accepting the return, failure to do so will invalidate the application and you will need to submit a new application.

• Collection and delivery to Blazeout's premises must be arranged by the customer at their own expense.  We accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit

• A deduction of at least 30% will be made from the credit note as a handling and restocking charge

• Only standard stock items will be accepted for return, custom-sized or bespoke products and items made to order are non-returnable

• Only products that are deemed to be in resalable condition following an inspection will be credited.
